A new integration brings GeoX AI's property attributes — including roof age and vacancy detection — into Cytora's risk processing platform, giving underwriters sharper, faster risk decisions.

GeoX AI has partnered with Cytora, the digital risk processing platform, to bring cutting-edge property intelligence directly into commercial insurance workflows. The integration gives underwriters seamless access to detailed data on 186 million US commercial and residential properties — enriching risk submissions from the very first touch.

Through the partnership, underwriters can immediately layer GeoX AI's datasets into their submissions, including roof age dating, roof condition scoring, vegetation proximity, and vacancy detection. GeoX AI delivers 60+ property attributes via API with sub-second response times, drawing on 20 years of historical satellite and aerial imagery analyzed by proprietary AI models. Embedded directly into Cytora's ingestion and digitization workflows, these accurate, automated insights help insurers assess risk with confidence, eliminate manual research, and significantly improve their Quote-to-Bind ratio.

For GeoX AI, the partnership extends its growing presence across the insurance ecosystem. With coverage spanning all 50 US states and a rapidly expanding product suite — including the industry's first AI-derived roof age model built on two decades of historical imagery — GeoX AI is establishing itself as a critical data layer for carriers, MGAs, and reinsurers seeking to modernize their underwriting operations.

"This partnership with Cytora gives insurers the clarity they need to make informed, strategic, and highly accurate underwriting decisions," said Jacob Grob, EVP at GeoX AI. "By delivering our comprehensive property data — including critical attributes like roof age — directly into Cytora's platform, we're helping the industry reveal the true risk of every property and build a more efficient, data-driven underwriting ecosystem."

The collaboration is the latest integration partnership for Cytora as the insurtech builds one of the world's most comprehensive data ecosystems for insurers. It follows a period of significant growth, including a major collaboration with Chubb and continuous enhancement of a platform that leverages agentic AI to bring new levels of performance and explainability to risk assessment and underwriting.

"Accurate property data is a critical component in commercial insurance underwriting," said Juan de Castro, COO at Cytora. "Through our partnership with GeoX AI, we're making it easier for insurers to embed the latest property attributes directly into their workflows, empowering smarter and faster decisions with access to the most advanced data and insights available."
